Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE), in partnership with Prosper ISD, strives to provide healthy and nutritional meals to students that will assist in better learning and participation.

We are looking for people to perform routine food service activities related to the setting up of serving areas and the serving of food to students and staff; perform cashiering duties in the sale of food items to students and staff; maintain cleanliness of food service facilities.

Job Summary:

Prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions and follow written guidelines

Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures

Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations

Ability to communicate effectively SFE will provide on the job training FT/PT positions available

Working Conditions:

Continual standing, walking, pushing, and pulling; frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, and climbing (ladder), moderate lifting and carrying; moderate exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.

SFE provides a unique dining and work experience exclusive to Prosper. We have job openings in all Prosper ISD schools.  In Prosper High School service lines include Chick-fil-a, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Coffee Shop.
